The weather in San Jose this week has magically changed to being sunny and bright with Daylight Savings time. Although I hate losing an hour since I already don't have enough hours in the day, I love how the light makes everything brighter (okay ya obviously since it's light but you know what I mean!). One of my best friends came home from Arizona State, so we spent time trekking through dirt and grass to capture nature's radiant glow. 

To start off the almost-spring season, I grabbed the maxi skirt that started my obsession with buying subsequent maxi skirts. I found this little number at a local thrift store, and I instantly enamored by the texture, metallic shine, and gorgeous color. Playing with textures, I paired the skirt with just a plain tshirt so that the skirt could shine...literally.
